Spicy Celery
"If you eat a stick of celery, you burn more calories by eating the celery than it contains itself."
Serves 4
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients

4 celery sticks
2 small red birds eye chilli’s
4 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
Start by cutting the celery in half and then into thin strips. Now cut the chilli’s as small as you can and do not discard the seeds unless you do not want the kick. Heat a wok or pan place on high. Add the sesame oil. After a minute throw in the celery then the chilli. Cook for 2 minutes then reduce the heat. Now add the sugar and soy sauce. Turn it around in the pan and serve.
