

Last Chef Standing Competitor Qualifications
You must be currently working as an executive chef of a white linen restaurant.
Toast Productions LLC definitions:
Executive Chef: A chef that has executive control of the creation of the restaurants menu as well as execution.
White Linen Restaurant: A restaurant that receives reservations and uses a non-corporate produced menu.
Rules and Regulations
Regional Competitors
The regional competitors are expected to:- Be present for two days of the competition, regardless of winning outcome.
- Be present for a dress rehearsal.
- Participate in the public meet and greet sessions at the event as defined by Toast Productions LLC.
- The first round of competition you will be cooking 2 signature dishes; an appetizer and an entrée. Chefs are responsible to provide written recipes to Toast Productions LLC a minimum of 1 month prior to the competition.
- Chefs are responsible to provide Toast Productions LLC with current biographies and photographs.
All biographies, photographs and recipes will be used at Toast Production’s discretion for promotional and advertising material, media, web and print publications.
All competitor’s restaurants are expected to host Last Chef Standing promotional ad prior to the event.
All competitors are required to sign a contract stating they comply with all rules and regulations.
Regional Winners
Winners of the regional events are obligated to compete in the National Finals event at the end of the season in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Financial Commitments
There is NO fee to compete in Last Chef Standing.
All equipment and ingredients needed for the competition are to be supplied by Last Chef Standing.
Transportation to and from all events is the personal responsibility of the contestant.
Any room and board and/or miscellaneous expenses incurred are the personal responsibility of the contestant.
Attire
Competitors will be provided a chef coat for the competition and expected to wear it at all Last Chef Standing events. A guideline of all other garments will be outlined in your contract.
