Ryan Nelson
Founder / President
Mr. Nelson has 10 years experience in the restaurant industry. He developed his passion for the culinary arts while working in a variety of top restaurants throughout Minneapolis; including two that were named “Top Restaurant in the Twin Cities”. Mr. Nelson’s experience ranges from management to wine and beverage sales. During his career he had the privilege of working with many top chefs, including two James Beard award winners, who inspired him to launch Last Chef Standing.
Tara Rea
Founder / Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Rea has extensive experience in the event industry. As owner of a corporate event company for 8 years, Ms. Rea has conceptualized, marketed, managed and produced countless large-scale events locally and on a national level. Previously, she applied her dual degrees of Design from the University of Minnesota and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management to the creation of a design division of a Minneapolis based rental company, overseeing marketing, purchasing, and sales of the department. Her repertoire consists of a wide range of events for corporations, politics, sports, non-profits, as well as marketing and promotional events.
Daniel Green
Partner / Event Host
Daniel Green is a world renown chef who has had television shows on Discovery, BBC, ITV, Sky, and Channel 5 locally. He is currently the in-house chef for ShopNBC in the USA, as well as filming several series in Asia. In addition to his television work, Chef Green has hosted cooking events around the world including the Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-LA, and the set up of the major London nightclub, Nells. He also has three cookbooks in circulation with a forth in the works.
